Threats disrupt classes at three different schools

School threats. They're commonplace, rarely credible and almost always disrupt learning.

There are three threats in the news today.

Police say a suspect's been arrested in Jupiter, Florida after social media posts claiming there was a threat at Greater Latrobe Junior High.

The school district says it not credible.

Earlier this year, Greater Latrobe schools were locked down after a prank 9-1-1 call.

Woodland Hills High School parents got robocalls yesterday about a threat on social media saying a student was planning to bring a gun to school.

As a result, students are attending virtual classes for the second time in two weeks.

And North Allegheny schools added extra security today at Carson Middle School after a threat was directed at a student
