President Trump and Joe Biden are both targeting Pennsylvania's 20 electoral votes Monday, ahead of Election Day.
Biden is bringing out the star power. He's expected to appear with Lady Gaga tonight in Pittsburgh, while running mate Kamala Harris will be with John Legend tonight in Philadelphia.
Biden also has earlier stops in Beaver County and Pittsburgh.
