Pittsburgh Police announced the arrests of two individuals in connection to an infant who was hospitalized in November of 2021.
24-year-old Teshawn Ahkir Williams and 25-year-old Tamaya Harris turned themselves into authorities Thursday.
On November 25, 2021, Pittsburgh Police responded to a local hospital for an infant that sustained injuries similar with those of shaking. The baby was listed in critical condition at that time.
Officials with the Special Victims Unit determined the baby sustained those injuries while in the care of Williams and Harris.
Both are facing charges of attempted homicide, endangering the welfare of children and aggravated assault.
