Someone in Allegheny County is going into the holiday season a millionaire.
The Pennsylvania Lottery says a $1 million-winning scratch-off ticket was sold at the Braddock Hills Mini Mart on Brinton Road.
That location gets a $5,000 bonus for selling the $20 game, $1 Million Money Tree.
Winners have one year from the game’s expiration date to file a prize claim.
You can learn more about filing a claim here and selling end-dates here.
Winners should also sign the back of the winning ticket immediately and can call the lottery at 1-800-692-7481.
Lottery scratch-off tickets are distributed across Pennsylvania at random, so it’s unknown where winning tickets will be sold.
