Pennsylvania State Police have released details after over $10,000 in jewelry was stolen from a 91-year-old earlier this month in Lawrence County.
Information was released over the weekend that says a home on the 3400 block of State Road 18 in New Beaver Borough was burglarized on April 15.
Troopers says the victim notified police after she discovered her house ransacked.
Police say a safe in the basement was broken into. Several gold and diamond jewelry pieces were taken, estimated to be worth around $13,000.
An investigation is ongoing.
