The Pennsylvania Lottery says a $1 million winning scratch-off lottery ticket was sold in Westmoreland County.
The Lottery said on Wednesday that the Magnificent Millions ticket was sold at the Eastgate Exxon in Monessen. That store will receive a $5,000 bonus for selling the ticket.
Scratch-off prizes expire a year from the end-sale date of the game as listed on the Lottery's website.
