Chris Edmonds spent the majority of his life smashing into 300 lb men on the football field as an NFL Linebacker. Playing college ball for WVU than for the Bengals.
Chris is is now the founder of ATU (Athletic Trauma Unit) which is a nonprofit fitness program fit for a community easily intimidated by gym memberships, sculpted bodies and image shaming.
A Woodland Hills graduate returned to his hometown to give back to undeserving communities. Setting up drill camps across the city to help develop fitness programs, restore healthy lifestyles and self confidence.
I've worked with Chris! He's tough but he's what you need! And ITS FREE! Open to ANYONE looking to put in the work.
ATU builds bodies and bonds. Promoting engagement, involvement peer support and so much more. Did I mention it's FREE?
Why did Chris come back here? Why start a fitness program where you can't make any money? Especially after living an NFL lifestyle?
He answers all those questions and more. Chris looks intimidating but he's a sweetheart and he really wants to help put more positive stories in Pittsburgh by providing this free fitness program.
