The Allegheny County Sheriff's Office has announced a Pittsburgh woman charged with aggravated assault and false imprisonment has been arrested.
Sheriff Kevin Kraus says 32-year-old Yolando Scott was charged earlier this month by Penn Hills Police after an assault late last year.
The assault took place on December 20 at a home on Mount Carmel Road in Penn Hills.
Police say a man suffered a number of injuries at the hands of Scott, including a fractured nose and eye socket during the assault.
The victim told police he was also held against his will, eventually escaping from a second-story window.
Sheriff's detectives located Scott inside a home on Dreary Avenue in Pittsburgh Tuesday and took her into custody without incident.
