A woman charged in connection with a deadly shooting in Washington County is now charged with homicide.
Morissa Spencer was already charged with tampering with evidence for Monday's shooting death of Jason Irwin.
Spencer told police Irwin fell out of her car, and she just kept on going and never called police.
Investigators say Irwin was shot at Bob's Tavern following a fight.
Officers found Spencer's car with bullet holes in it, and also found her clothing with blood stains on them.
Police say there was also blood stains found throughout her vehicle.
