Police are still looking for answers after a man killed his mother and aunt over the weekend in Beaver County.

On Saturday afternoon in New Sewickley township, 71-year-old Deloris Selby and 65-year-old Mary Lihosit were found shot dead inside a home.

43-year-old Benjamin Selby, of Zelienople, is charged with homicide for the killings.

Selby's 92-year-old grandmother was in the home at the time, but was unharmed.

New Sewickley Police Chief Greg Carney said during a news conference on Monday, they still don't have a motive.

“It’s going to be tough without him talking to us about what happened it’s going to be very difficult to find a reason why this happened,” said Carney.

Selby is currently in the Beaver County Jail and faces a preliminary hearing Monday, July 3.
