PITTSBURGH (100.1 FM and AM 1020 KDKA) A 32-year-old male has died after being struck while attempting to cross six lanes of traffic to catch an Uber.
The incident occurred in the inbound lane of Interstate 376 around 4:30 p.m. Friday.
The roadway was closed before the Fort Pitt Tunnel to open up an investigation, which has ended and the road is reopened for traffic.
Delays are still expected.
The Uber driver stayed on the scene and cooperated with the investigation.
