An arrest was made on Wednesday following a warrant being issued for Howard Hawkins.
A homicide warrant was issued for Hawkins following the Feb. 21 shooting death of Ahmir Tuli in the Strip District.
Hawkins was arrested in Hollywood, CA by the U.S. Marshals Service.
Prior to Hawkins arrest, Pittsburgh Police Violent Crime Unit detectives arrested Chayla Robinson.
Robinson was arrested in connection with Tuli's February Homicide, and was charged with Hinder Apprehension or Prosecution.
