90-year-old Florida man Thomas Conrad was tired of his neighbor's gardener constantly stepping on his lawn, so he started hassling him about it.
This drew the attention of 46-year-old Jack Henson, who walked out of his home to confront Conrad, and try and convince him to calm down. That's where everything went south.
The neighbors started arguing, and Conrad threatened to punch Henson in the face. Henson said "go ahead," and that if Conrad did he would call the cops.
And that's exactly what happened.
Conrad connected with TWO punches on Henson, who went on to call the police. Conrad tried to explain to officers that Henson "told him to do it," though the cops weren't having any of that.
The 90-year-old was arrested for misdemeanor battery, along with resisting arrest, because Conrad was also trying to kick the police off his lawn!
According to The Smoking Gun, Conrad is currently out of jail on a $2,000 bond.
