Daniels is currently in the Pittsburgh area shooting the Showtime series "Rust." He plays protagonist Del Harris, a "complicated and compromised chief of police."
The actor took some time out of his filming schedule to visit his doppelganger in a moment that was memorialized on Twitter.

Fitzgerald made headlines earlier this year after a clip went viral of him blasting Texas Sen. Ted Cruz for tweeting that President Joe Biden is "more interested in the views of the citizens of Paris than in the jobs of the citizens of Pittsburgh." His passionate response aside, most people couldn't get over Fitzgerald's striking resemblance to Daniels.
