McDonald’s is bringing back the heat.
After a sizzlin’ initial debut, Spicy McNuggets and Mighty Hot Sauce are making a comeback!
The duo was a huge hit when it first debuted in mid-September, selling out just two weeks after its release.
But since they were introduced as a “limited-time only” item, they were cruelly stripped from the menu much too soon.
Now, they’re back by popular demand.
“spicy chicken mcnuggets are back 2/1 but only because u said please,” McDonald’s wrote in the announcement.
However, some fast food fans have already spotted the nuggets on their local menus.
They come in four sizes: 6 piece, 10 piece, 20 piece, and 40 piece.
The Spicy Chicken McNuggets are “breaded with a sizzling tempura coating made with both cayenne and chili peppers.

The Mighty Hot Sauce “boasts a powerful blend of crushed red pepper and cayenne peppers, all balanced with savory garlic and a hint of sweetness.”
Just like last time, they won’t be around for long, so if you want to snag yours, you better act fast.
The spicy variety of the McDonald’s fan-favorite menu item is the first flavor innovation of the McNugget since its conception in 1982.

As an added bonus, DoorDash customers can get a free 6-piece Spicy Chicken McNuggets on their McDelivery order of $20 or more from February 2 through the 6 using code “SPICY.”
In the press release, the chain teased that chicken fans can expect “more delicious options” to hit menus soon.
