Did you register for the winter farm expo in January?
If you did, the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office says it's a scam, there is no such thing as the winter farm exp.
Officials say scammers have been contacting businesses about registering for the phony event, which they say was scheduled for January 6 and 7.
The dates of the fake farm show coincide, in part with the actual Pennsylvania Farm Show scheduled for January 6 – 13.
The Attorney General's office says if you were scammed to contact them at 1-800-441-2555.
"Scammers are creative in their endeavors to prey on people to make a profit," Attorney General Michelle Henry said. "It is frustrating to see a scam like this surface and potentially tarnish a longstanding attraction event like the Pennsylvania Farm Show. Do not allow yourselves to be fooled: do your research before signing paperwork or sending payment."
