The NCAA basketball tournaments may be over, but the battle continues in Pennsylvania for the title of “Coolest Thing Made in PA”.
The online tournament, created by the PA Chamber of Business and Industry, has pitted 64 products, all Pennsylvania-based, to find the best.
After a round of “play-in games” and four rounds, we’re down to the final four products.
One of those is an iconic Pittsburgh brand.
Primanti Bros. is currently battling Mrs. T’s Pierogies with Crayola Crayons taking on Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.
The Pittsburgh-based Primanti Bros. sandwich beat PA-Made Steel, Zippo Lighters, the Eat’n Park Smiley Cookie and Sarris Candies Chocolate to make it to the final four out of the west.
While Pierogies are a Pittsburgh food staple, Mrs. T’s is based out of Shenandoah, which is in eastern PA.
Primanti Bros. took down Mrs. T’s in the championship last year and look to repeat as champions.

Tuesday is the final day to vote between Primanti Bros. and Mrs. T’s.
Championship voting will take place Wednesday and Thursday through the PA Chamber’s social media pages.
