Lt. Governor John Fetterman says most people are eligible.
“If you’ve got some stupid charge like that on your record, it doesn’t cost anything to apply and we can get that stripped off your permanent record,” said Fetterman on the NewsRadio KDKA Morning Show.
Fetterman says the application doesn't cost anything and you don't need an attorney.
