A Facebook post about an arrest in an armed robbery from a police department in Pennsylvania has gone viral.
The Bethlehem Police Department say a dry cleaners was arrested on January 21 in the late morning by 19-year-old Michael Mohr.
Mohr demanded cash from employees fled on foot with the money before he was arrested a few days later in Allentown.
Mohr faces several charges including robbery, carrying a firearm without a license and possessing an instrument of crime.
But it's that "instrument of crime" that made the post go viral.
Many of the over 3,000 comments on Facebook are making fun of the pistol for its vintage appearance.
Some of the comments include:
"If he fires that thing, a marathon will randomly start 100 miles from his present location."
"Guy walked in and said, reach for the sky partner."
"He got that 4 score and 7 year ago gun."
"When you have to rob a laundromat at 0900 and make it to Antique Roadshow at 0930."
"I think he framed roger Rabbit."
"Did he make the shop owner take ten paces then then around first."
"My boy really said "unhand thy currency madam."
"Suspect was later apprehended on the Oregon Trail. Sheriffs were able to catch up to him when his wagon wheel cracked on a mountain ridge."
"The Judge should make him read these comments out loud and then take that into consideration before sentencing."
