From July through September of this year, Pennsylvania State Police have seized more than $13.4 million in illegal drugs including crack, heroin, fentanyl, methamphetamines, cocaine, marijuana and ecstasy among others.
Troopers confiscated more than 3,200 pounds of drugs which includes 58 pounds of cocaine with a street value of $1.2 million and 2,900 pounds of marijuana with a street value of nearly $9 million.
Over 18,600 narcotics in pill form were seized at a street value of more than $450,000.
In addition to the seizures, almost 1,600 pounds of prescription drugs were also collected as part of the drug take-back program.
