UPDATE: Pennsylvania State Police have canceled an Amber Alert for a missing 2-year-old boy named Byron McDonald saying he has been located safely.

Pennsylvania State Police issued an Amber Alert Monday for a missing 2-year-old boy.
Police say Byron McDonald was last seen April 9 around 1:30pm in Philadelphia. He's 2 feet tall has black hair and brown eyes and weighs 30 pounds.
The child was reported to police as being abducted by 28-year-old Byron McDonald II. McDonald is 6' 1" tall, wighs 180 pounds and is believed to be driving a red 2017 Chevolet Malibu with tinted windows and license plate LMD3353.
Police ask anyone who sees them to call 911 immediately.
