PITTSBURGH (100.1 FM and AM 1020 KDKA) The Pittsburgh area will be gaining another option when it comes to fast food fried chicken.
To join the likes of Chick-fil-A, Popeyes, and KFC in the area is the popular Raising Cane's.
With corporate offices in Texas and Louisiana, Cane's has over 60 locations in Ohio and is spreading its growth to Pennsylvania in 2022.
Cane's will be hitting the Pittsburgh area in late 2022 to early 2023.
Nearly 600 locations in 31 states, Cane's specializes in chicken tenders, chicken sandwiches, and a house sauce made in-store daily.
The push for Cane's in Pennsylvania comes from their Vice President Dustin Shearer, a Johnstown native.
While Cane's restaurants will be coming soon enough, there is no word on the exact locations around the city or state.
