A new statewide youth survey finds nearly two-thirds of Pennsylvania adolescents and teens are spending more than two hours a day on social media.
The Pennsylvania Youth Survey found about 25 percent of teens say they scroll these sites for more than four hours each day.
The commonwealth is one of about 15 states that do not force school districts to ban or restrict cell phones, but Governor Josh Shapiro has called on legislators to pass a bill that would require these policies statewide.
