SWAT has been called to respond to an armed man barricaded inside a building on Province Street in Troy Hill.
The disturbance was called to the 1000 block of Province Street, and people are advised to avoid the area.
Police activity was first reported around 1:30 p.m. on Troy Hill Road.
Two males are in custody and the scene is secure.
