A tree fell into a home in Shaler Township Friday as heavy winds blew through the Pittsburgh area.
Shaler Township Police say it happened in the 300 block of Belladonna Dr., and no one was hurt. Photos from police show significant damage to the roof.
Police and fire crews were at the scene Friday morning and are asking everyone to avoid the area.
A wind advisory is in place until 6:00 tonight and gusts are expected to reach up to 50 miles per hour.
