A Winter Storm Warning remains in effect for much of southwest and western Pennsylvania until 1pm on Tuesday.
Up to another 3 inches of snow could accumulate as could up to one quarter of an inch of ice.
Snowfall can be heavy at times.
Travel conditions can be hazerdous and power outages are likely.
The Winter Storm Warning also extends into east central Ohio and the northern panhandle of West Virginia.
