The Steelers won’t be welcoming back wide receiver/returner Gunner Olszewski in 2024.
Olszewski signed a one-year deal with the Giants to stay in New York.
He was waived by the Steelers last October in the second year of his two-year contract.
He had return issues in 2022 and last season he returned one punt for eight years but he fumbled during that play.
He also went out of bounds during a return at the 10-yard line instead of letting the ball go out of bounce.
Picked up by the Giants after being released by the Steelers, Olszewski has a 94-yard punt return for a touchdown.
He averaged nearly 12 yards return.
He did have two fumbles, losing one, while with the Giants last season.
