The son of a former Steelers cornerback may play his college football in blue and gold.

Ivan Taylor, son of former Steelers cornerback and two-time Super Bowl champion, Ike Taylor has received an offer from Pitt football.

The West Orange High School sophomore posted on Twitter that he received an offer from Pitt on Thursday.

Ivan, who also plays free safety, wears the same #24 that his father did with the Steelers for so many years.

According to 247Sports, Taylor is 5’11” 170lbs.

He has also posted tweets saying he has been recruited by South Carolina, the University of Mississippi and Michigan.

The younger Taylor graduates in 2025. His father reacted to the news saying, “GOD IS GOOD.”
