PITTSBURGH (93.7 The Fan) – Already without starting corner Darius Slay and Brandin Echols suffering an injury, Steelers safety Jalen Ramsey was ejected from the game early in the fourth quarter for throwing a punch.

After a third-and-one defensive stop by the Steelers, Ramsey and Bengals receiver Ja’Marr Chase each were yelling at each other and grabbing each other’s facemask. Both were assessed an unsportsmanlike penalty.

The Bengals lined up to go for it on fourth and one, Cincinnati ran a couple of fakes and then called timeout. During the timeout, Chase and Ramsey started again, but this time the refs ruled, and Ramsey appeared, to throw a punch at Chase. This gave Cincinnati an automatic first down and caused the ejection of Ramsey.

Ramsey was reportedly thrown out of an NFL game twice previously, once in October 2016 against the Raiders and once in November of 2017 against Cincinnati.
