A former Steelers linebacker, two-time Super Bowl Champion and NFL Defensive Player of the Year says he doesn't deserve to be in the Hall of Fame.
James Harrison tells TMZ Sports if it was up to him, he wouldn't be enshrined in Canton.
"I believe numbers is one of those things, you know? And when you look at my numbers, they just don't, for me, they don't equate to what the numbers should be," Harrison told TMZ.
Harrison had 811 combined tackles through his career with 84.5 tackles, 80.5 of those with the Steelers.
He also has eight interceptions over his career with zero touchdowns in the regular season.
Harrison is responsible for one of the biggest plays in Super bowl History.
He intercepted Kurt Warner in Super Bowl XLIII and run it back 100 yards for the score.
Harrison is one of 173 modern-era nominees for the Pro Football Hall of Fame class of 2024.
Wide receiver Hines Ward, defensive tackle Casey Hampton, Safety Carnell Lake and linebackers Joey Porter and James Farrior are also former Steelers up for the Hall of Fame.
