A man apparently impersonating an Uber Eats driver, wearing a yellow jacket, walked on the court at Cooper Fieldhouse during the second half of the Duquesne Dukes game, holding up a fast food bag and a fountain drink.

“Who’s delivering it to,” said one of the play-by-play announcers. “The ref, the ref said later, give it to me later,” said the other broadcaster.

ESPN+ carried the game, which was stopped by officials.

A security guard directed the young man up to the concourse where he met his customer and delivered the McDonald’s food.

After the game, Dukes head coach Keith Dambrot called it the “craziest” thing he had ever seen.

It was apparently a prank. Courtside video shows the man was wearing a mic and he walked out of the building with the person he delivered the food to.

Whatever the intention, it worked. One video has amassed nearly 2 million views.

The Dukes won the game, 72-58 to improve to 14-7 overall.
