The Steelers not only potentially got their next great offensive lineman for the next decade, Broderick Jones also watched his social media followers skyrocket after the pick.
According to BetPennsylvania.com, Jones saw his Instagram followers jump by 12,800 people between April 26 – 28, going from 28.8k to 41.6k
He added the 16th most followers but finished 14th out of the 31 first-rounders taken on Thursday in percentage growth.
Jones was also saw the most followers among offensive tackles on Instagram and added more followers on the social platform than four draftees taken before him.
