The three right-handed bullpen arms the Pirates acquired at the trade deadline have been activated and will be available for the second game against the Brewers on Tuesday.
The Pirates have activated Lake Bachar, Kirby Yates and Luke Weaver.
Weaver will wear #18, Bachar will wear #71 and Yates will wear #54.
To make room on the roster the Pirates have optioned LHP Brandon Eisert an RHP Noah Murdock to Triple-A Indianapolis.
The Pirates already had a roster spot open after RHP Ron Marinaccio was designated for assignment on Monday.
The Pirates have also announced right-handed pitcher Chris Devenski has been transferred from Low-A Bradenton to Indianapolis.
