The fallout from the Backyard Brawl continues with West Virginia fans still upset over the loss.
It’s gotten so bad that Andrew Fillipponi’s wife Amanda, a West Virginia alum, has been banned from the show for swearing.
Amanda said she went into the game not expecting the Mountaineers to win, but when the game was close she got her hopes up.
“I really think we got kinda hosed though, I think it was a catch on the one-yard line,” Amanda said talking about the play that could’ve changed the game for WVU.
She also took a shot at the attendance at Acrisure Stadium. She said that the stadium will go back having “5,000 fans.”
Amanda is just a small example of the feelings West Virginia fans this morning and then ended her call having to be dumped from the air with an “eat s**t Pitt,” just like “Pac Man” Jones did on Thursday.
