But does it mean more wins?

Last year, going into the 2022 season, the Steelers had one of the hardest schedules, coming in a two.

This year should be a little better for Pittsburgh.

Football analytics expert Warren Sharp says the Steelers have the 11th easiest schedule based on forecasted win totals from Las Vegas.

Sharp says last year the Steelers went 2-5 against teams that made the playoffs and were 3-8 against teams “top-15 in efficiency.”

The Steelers thrived against bad teams though, going 6-3 against teams that didn’t make the post season and were 6-0 against teams who were below “in efficiency.”

Even with an easier schedule, Sharp’s data predicts the Steelers to finish with 8.5 wins, basically the same as last year when the Steelers had went 9-8, third in the AFC North.
