Steelers star linebacker T.J. Watt won’t just be celebrating another Defensive Player of the Year Award and hopefully, a Super Bowl championship, he’ll also be a new dad.
Watt announced on Sunday that he and his wife, Dani, are expecting their first child.
The couple posted a photo on social media that shows Dani and her exposed stomach with Watt sitting behind her on a set of steps.
T.J.’s brother and former Steelers full back, Derek, is the father of two children with his wife and older brother J.J. and his wife Kealia have a young son that was born in 2022.
T.J. was named a defensive captain by the Steelers over the weekend, along with longtime defensive tackle Cam Heyward.
Watt, the 2021 AP Defensive Player of the Year is entering his eighth season in the NFL, all with the Steelers.
