Russell Wilson ($1.2 million salary)

The Steelers declined the fifth-year option, making the 25-year-old a free agent after four years. He completed 66% of his passes for 1,106 yards, five passing touchdowns and one interception. Fields rushed for 289 yards and five touchdowns, 4.7 yards per attempt.
