Las Vegas, NV (KXNT) – A pedestrian was struck and killed trying to cross a busy section of I-15 early Friday.
The person was struck just before 5am on I-15 South near Tropicana. They were pronounced dead at the scene. No other details have been released.
The incident forced Nevada State Police to close the freeway past Flamingo, resulting in massive delays as drivers were forced off of 15S at the westbound Flamingo exit.
