 
      
  One person was killed Thursday morning in a two-vehicle collision in Costa Mesa.

The crash was reported at 6:25 a.m. at the intersection of Red Hill Ave. and McCormick Ave., said the Costa Mesa Police Department watch commander on duty.
The intersection was blocked as the Costa Mesa police Major Accident Investigation Team responded.
Motorists were advised to avoid the area.
