LOS ANGELES (KNX) - Four workers were hospitalized after a gas leak at a refinery in Wilmington Thursday morning.
Firefighters responded to the Marathon Petroleum facility on the Pacific Coast Highway a little after 6:30 a.m. Fire crews stopped the leak, and four men were transported to the hospital, with one in serious condition.
The Los Angeles Fire Department believes the workers were exposed to butane and hydrogen sulfide. There are no details yet on what caused the leak.
