From skincare and hair care to manicures and makeovers, beauty experts with our former KNX Heroes' Beauty Bus Foundation have helped people dealing with illness feel beautiful for years - during the pandemic, they took their beauty expertise to the front lines.

Beauty Bus founder Wendy Marantz Levine tells KNX Heroes host Heather Jordan that services were expanded to SoCal hospitals during the pandemic to pamper the people who keep us safe!

Wendy and the team at Beauty Bus delivered thousands of beauty care packages to frontline hospital workers to thank them for all they do.

The 'beauty bags,' which included things like lotion and make-up, were offered to everyone working to keep the hospital running, from doctors to cafeteria staff.

The Beauty Bus Foundation team also took the time to educate hospital staff on some tricks to deal with mask-related skin issues.
