HIDDEN HILLS, Calif. (KNX) — Drake is putting his Hidden Hills property dubbed his “YOLO” mansion on the market as well as a pair of neighboring properties he bought for friends and family.

The 35-year-old superstar is asking for $14.8 million for his main home, which is a 12,500 square foot English Tudor equipped with a number of luxury features including a wine cellar, a movie theater that seats 25, and a decorated swimming pool with a swim-up bar and waterfalls.

If the main house isn’t enough, Drake also is selling two estates next door, making for a 6.7 acre compound. All three properties are being offered for a $22.2 million package deal, according to TMZ.

Drake named his mansion after his hit song “YOLO (You Only Live Once).”

Drake may be leaving Hidden Hills, but he’s not going too far. The “Way 2 Sexy” rapper just dropped $50 million on a pad in Beverly Hills, the outlet reported.
