A burglary that turned into a high-speed chase ended in a crash in Hyde Park early Wednesday morning.
Officers with the Los Angeles Police Department say this started when they responded to a burglary at a cannabis warehouse. When they arrived, they saw two suspects in a U-Haul take off, and the pursuit began.
At one point, two of the suspects jumped out of the U-Haul at Randy's Donuts in Inglewood and jumped into a black sedan that had reportedly been stolen.
That, according to Captain Keith Green with the LAPD, is when another pursuit took place.

“At some point in time during the pursuit, officers were in tracking mode,” he told KNX News’ Jon Baird. “The suspect was able to stop and allow two of the individuals to exit at different locations.”
The chase came to an end when the black sedan crashed into another car at the intersection of Arlington Ave. and 48th St. in Hyde Park
Those who live in the area told Baird they heard a big “boom.”
“It's just like the person ran into something, and it's…boom!” one witness said.
“I heard the police first, the choppers, and then the next thing I know, I heard a boom, and my dog jumped up and started barking and stuff,” another witness said.
Police say the driver of the car that was hit at the Hyde Park intersection was okay. The other two men, who had jumped out of the car earlier at two different locations, were also taken into custody.
Officers are still searching for the driver of the stolen car.
