
One person was killed in a fiery, three-vehicle collision on the Antelope (14) Freeway Friday after one of the vehicles slammed into the back of a tow truck near Agua Dulce.
California Highway Patrol responded at 1:21 a.m. to the northbound freeway and the Escondido Canyon Road off-ramp where they found the victim and the vehicle that hit the tow truck underneath the truck, CHP Officer Dergio Garcia told City News Service.

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
A second victim was taken to a hospital in an unknown condition.
The CHP closed all lanes of the northbound freeway for several hours while they investigated the crash.
