A SigAlert was issued on Interstate 605 in Whittier for hours on Thursday after an overturned truck spilled debris on the highway.
Only a carpool lane on the northbound lane and three right lanes on the southbound side are available, according to KNX News traffic reporter Scott Burt.
The area was cleared just before 11 a.m.
