A person who may have been stabbed was found dead Tuesday in the Woodland Hills area, and an investigation was underway.
Paramedics were sent to the 6000 block of Winnetka Avenue about 7 a.m. on a reported stabbing, according to the Los Angeles Police and Fire departments.

Information was not immediately available on the identity of the person, who died at the scene.
