A man was fatally shot Thursday in Glendale, and an investigation was underway.

Officers sent to the 800 block of North Arden Avenue about 8:45 a.m. on a 911 call of a shooting found the man dead at the scene, according to the Glendale Police Department. Information on his identity was not immediately available.
No arrests were reported, and no suspect information was released. Anyone with information on the case was urged to call police at 818-548-4911.
