Not only is she among the most popular pop stars in the world, Taylor Swift has now become the world’s wealthiest female musician, according to Forbes.
Swift has officially passed the previous holder of the title, Rihanna, who Forbes reports has a total net worth of $1.4 billion.
Now, Forbes reports that Swift’s net worth is $1.6 billion.
When it comes to where she matches up against other entertainers, only Jay-Z is ahead of the popstar, as his net worth totals $2.5 billion.
Compared to the rest of the world’s billionaires on Forbes’s master list, Swift is in 2,117th place.
Swift has been in headlines constantly for the last few years, whether it be more recently for her endorsement of Vice President Kamala Harris or about her relationship with Super Bowl-winning Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce and her appearances at his games in Kansas City.
The pop star has also found herself the target of several artificial intelligence attacks, with people online using her likeness to create inappropriate photos. Former President Trump even used them at one point to try and show Swift and her fans endorsed him.
