Dave & Barb in the Mornings

Dave: Dave has been a Wichitan since 1984. He is a proud Southeast High Golden Buffalo and Wichita State Shocker! Dave has been in Wichita radio since 1989 and loves being on the air on KEYN. He is a big sports fan and you’ll find him watching a lot of baseball during the summer. Barb: After becoming the Orange Bowl Queen in Miami, Flordia at the age of 19, Barbara was catapulted into the entertainment industry. She also became Miss Florida USA and 2nd runner-up in the Miss USA pageant. Barbara went on to win the nationally-televised Star Search Spokesmodel competition as Grand Champion. She traveled the world as a model, commercial actor and spokesperson, and landed in Los Angeles where she continued to work in the industry while completing her degree in Political Science from Cal State Long Beach. Proud Mom of two daughters, Abigail and Natalie. The former host of Hello Kansas and Baan Appetit on KSN television; the NBC affiliate in Wichita.

Barbara is active in the community as a volunteer and advocate for multiple non-profit organizations. She is an over-zealous WSU Shocker basketball fan, and can’t be torn away from supporting any Kansas basketball or football team.
