According to PEOPLE, the snippets are woven into the original music video for the single.

"Watching it made me think about the journey of true love, its unexpected twists and turns, and that when it's real, it actually can last forever," Lopez explained.

The star was clearly moved by the sweet gesture, adding: “This seriously melted my heart."

Earlier this month during an appearance on “Live with Kelly and Ryan,” the singer gave up some of her Valentine’s Day plans with Affleck, noting that they plan to attend the Super Bowl LVI at SoFi Stadium in California on Sunday before surprising “each other with something, for sure.”

She added that they are both “very” romantic when it comes to their relationship.

While the actress and singer noted that she would “normally” only share such a “special and personal” video with her “inner circle,” she has been very forthcoming about her rekindled relationship with Affleck 17 years after calling off their engagement and ending their relationship the first time.

During an appearance on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show,” Lopez disclosed how shocked they both were to find themselves back in each other’s arms after nearly two decades.

“I don’t think anybody was more surprised than us,” Lopez told DeGeneres, adding, “You never could imagine that something like that could happen. It’s a beautiful thing.”

She also confirmed that she’s “in love” with the “Batman” star.

Lopez previously looked back on the “Bennifer” era and admitted that they simply weren’t prepared for all the pressure surrounding their relationship the first time around.

“It’s funny because Ben and I were together, and we were so in love," said Lopez. "It was one of the happiest times of my life. But also, there was this other thing happening where we were being criticized, and it really destroyed our relationship from the inside out, because we were just too young to understand at that time what were really the most important things in life.”

The couple ended their engagement in 2004 before reconnecting again in the spring of 2021 after she broke things off with Alex Rodrgiuez. Affleck also ended his relationship with Ana de Armas.

Her latest film, "Marry Me," co-starring Maluma and Owen Wilson, is in theaters now and streaming exclusively on Peacock.
